I am a holistic dietitian and certified health coach, from Melbourne. I’m a lover of coconut lattes, Sunday brekkies, movement in the sunshine and travelling. 

I’m here to help you supercharge your life and health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

After working in clinical practice, corporate and workplace health (as well as a personal trainer) I now work with individuals and groups to reach their health goals. The clients I see range from CrossFitters or triathletes aiming for peak performance to people struggling with weight, energy, digestive issues and food intolerances. I also write nutrition plans for those that need the extra support and structure.

 As a dietitian I have studied many different illnesses and conditions and therefore can help you with your medical conditions too.  

Movement is a big part of my life.  This may look like gymnastics strength and mobility, CrossFit, Yoga, stand-up paddle boarding or practicing handstands in the park!

I also live to travel. I’m always thinking about the next adventure and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. I would love my next adventure to be Cuba - salsa dancing and mojitos!

Bachelor of Nutrition Dietetics  (2006)

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Personal Training, 2007)

Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition, 2015)

 Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) & Member of DAA (Dietitians Association Of Australia)
